Are you as eager for the gardening season as we are at the Garden Shop? The anticipation has us buzzing in our waterproof boots. Each week that passes sees us closer to the beloved season and our inventory reflects the turning weather. Last week, we received a shipment from Monrovia that supplied us with many more beautiful trees and shrubs (see below for a list of new arrivals). We also received our summer flowering bulb shipment and a selection of bare-root berries (see below for a list of new arrivals).
Although the location in Guymon saw plenty of action, the greenhouses in Goodwell practically buzzed with activity! Currently, we have 5 greenhouses in operation... and they are all filling up rather quickly! Although we order most of our trees and shrubs from trusted growers, we take responsibility for providing our customers with locally-grown bedding plants, herbs, vegetables, perennials, roses, and some select trees. A few weeks ago, we spent an entire Saturday filling one greenhouse with the ever-popular geranium... over 2,000 individual plants! Last week we filled another greenhouse with perennials such as peonies, salvia, lavender, heuchera... and too many more to name.
